Terms and Conditions of Namma Tank Cleaning
Services:
B Tank Cleaning, a part of KBS Home Services, offers water tank cleaning and sump cleaning services to customers in Bengaluru.
Payment:
Payment for services is due upon completion of the cleaning. B Tank Cleaning accepts cash and online payments. Bills and invoices will be generated in the name of KBS Home Services.
Termination:
B Tank Cleaning may terminate its services to any customer at any time for any reason.
Refusal of Service:
B Tank Cleaning reserves the right to refuse service to any customer for any reason.
Liability:
While B Tank Cleaning takes great care in providing their services, they are not liable for any damages or losses resulting from the use of their services.
Warranty:
B Tank Cleaning provides a warranty for their services. If customers are not satisfied with their work, they should notify Namma Tank Cleaning within 24 hours and the company will rectify the issue.
Health and Safety:
Customers are responsible for ensuring that their premises are safe for Namma Tank Cleaning’s employees to perform the services. Customers should notify B Tank Cleaning of any potential hazards in advance.
Indemnification:
Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless B Tank Cleaning, a part of KBS Home Services, its employees, and affiliates, from any damages or losses resulting from their use of the services.
Additional Charges:
If the scope of work required for the service is found to be more than initially agreed upon, B Tank Cleaning will inform the customer of the additional charges required to complete the service. The customer must agree to the additional charges before B Tank Cleaning can proceed with the service.
Cancellation :
If customers need to cancel or reschedule a cleaning, they should notify B Tank Cleaning at least 24 hours in advance. If the customer does not agree to the additional charges, they may cancel the service at any time. However, if the service has already begun, the customer will be charged for the work that has already been completed.
Payment:
The customer agrees to pay the additional charges for the service once they have been informed of the increase. Payment can be made through the same method as the original payment or as otherwise agreed upon between the customer and B Tank Cleaning.
Time Extension:
If the service takes longer than anticipated due to the increased scope of work, B Tank Cleaning reserves the right to extend the estimated completion time. The customer will be informed of the new completion time as soon as possible.
Completion:
B Tank Cleaning will complete the service as quickly and efficiently as possible while still ensuring the quality of the work. The completion time will depend on the extent of the work required and may be affected by factors beyond Namma Tank Cleaning’s control, such as weather conditions or unforeseeable circumstances.
Governing Law:
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of India.
Modification:
B Tank Cleaning may modify these terms and conditions from time to time, and will notify customers of any changes.
Severability:
If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes between B Tank Cleaning and the customer will be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act of 1996.
Entire Agreement:
These terms and conditions constitute the entire agreement between B Tank Cleaning and the customer and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral.
